Lucian represents individuals and companies and tries cases in courts and arbitration throughout Romania.

He acts as a litigation lawyer in commercial, civil and administrative disputes and has extensive trial experience.

Lucian represents on a regular basis companies and individuals in court, in particular in relation to private and business law matters, as well as in the areas involving problems relating to insurance, construction and public procurement law.

In parallel with these activities, he advises corporations and individuals with regard to the drafting of commercial contracts, regulatory compliance and the implementation of new structures for companies under Romanian law with particular focus on the health industry, banking and insurance.

Lucian holds a JD degree from Babes Bolyai University, Faculty of Law.
